1 ozbutter, cold

2 Tbspbrandy extract

1egg yolk (beaten)

How To Make chocolate truffles

1In a sauce pan bring the heavy cream to boil, remove from heat , beat the egg yolk in. Add The chocolate, then stir until melted. Stir in the butter and the brandy.

2Pour into a bowl and let it cool. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 6 hours.

3With a melon baller make little balls an then rolls them on your favorites coatings. Use candy liners for a nice presentation.
