chocolate truffles

My daughter and I like to make these for showers and special occasions. When we give them for gifts, everybody loves them. They are always the right color and the right amount. Personally, I prefer the white chocolate almond bark.

They're smooth and bursting with chocolate flavor and a hint of tanginess from the cream cheese. Roll them in your favorite toppings and you've got great treats and gifts everyone will love. They'll be great for Valentine's Day, the holidays, as a hostess gift... they're so good you'll be finding reasons to make them.
