So yummy you can't eat just one piece. This recipe also came from my sister from Alabama, This was the first fudge I made that actually came out right.

Ingredients For chocolate fudge

4 cgranulated sugar

1 canevaperated milk ( pet skimmed)

1 pkgminiture marshmellows (14oz)

2 stickbutter
-
12 ozpkg hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tspvanilla extract

2 cwalnuts, chopped
How To Make chocolate fudge

1In 2 qt dutch oven on medium heat: cook butter, marshmallow's, sugar,& evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.Boil and stir about five minutes more to soft ball stage.

2Remove from heat, Pour in chocolate chips and stir until completely melted. Stir in a pinch of salt, nuts and vanilla.

3Spread into a large buttered cookie sheet, let cool completely. Cut into squares.
