So yummy you can't eat just one piece. This recipe also came from my sister from Alabama, This was the first fudge I made that actually came out right.

Ingredients For chocolate fudge

  • 4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 can
    evaperated milk ( pet skimmed)
  • 1 pkg
    miniture marshmellows (14oz)
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 12 oz
    pkg hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    walnuts, chopped

How To Make chocolate fudge

  • 1
    In 2 qt dutch oven on medium heat: cook butter, marshmallow's, sugar,& evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.Boil and stir about five minutes more to soft ball stage.

    Remove from heat, Pour in chocolate chips and stir until completely melted. Stir in a pinch of salt, nuts and vanilla.

    Spread into a large buttered cookie sheet, let cool completely. Cut into squares.
