This looks so pretty when I make it with pistachios and craisins for that red and green holiday color, and tastes amazing! It was another of the recipes shared when I was a Longaberger consultant!

Ingredients For chocolate cranberry bark

3 cwhite chocolate melting squares

1 cchopped toasted walnuts (i prefer pecans, or even pistachios for a more holiday color)

1 ccraisins
How To Make chocolate cranberry bark

1Line cookie sheets with foil. In small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in nuts and craisins. Pour onto cookie sheets and spread to a 1/4" thickness. Refrigerate 30 min or until firm. Break bark into pieces. Store in covered container in fridge.
