This looks so pretty when I make it with pistachios and craisins for that red and green holiday color, and tastes amazing! It was another of the recipes shared when I was a Longaberger consultant!

Ingredients For chocolate cranberry bark

  • 3 c
    white chocolate melting squares
  • 1 c
    chopped toasted walnuts (i prefer pecans, or even pistachios for a more holiday color)
  • 1 c
    craisins

How To Make chocolate cranberry bark

  • 1
    Line cookie sheets with foil. In small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in nuts and craisins. Pour onto cookie sheets and spread to a 1/4" thickness. Refrigerate 30 min or until firm. Break bark into pieces. Store in covered container in fridge.
