This bark candy is so good,especially w/ a cup of hot cocoa. I'll be making this for halloween treats, also good for Christmas stockings.

Ingredients For chocolate bark w/ crushed peppermint

  • 12 oz
    quality white chocolate
  • 12 oz
    quality dark chocolate
  • 1/2 c
    peppermint candies, crushed

How To Make chocolate bark w/ crushed peppermint

    Line a 9" x 13" baking sheet w/ parchment paper. In microwaveable bowl, Microwave dark chocolate, stirring every minute, until smooth.

    Pour dark chocolate onto parchment paper. Using a spatula, smooth chocolate out to 1/3"-thick. Microwave white chocolate until smooth. Pour on top of dark chocolate, smooth out.

    Place candies in zip-lock bag and crush, using a mallet or hammer. Sprinkle candies on top of white chocolate. refrigerate 2 hrs to set. Break into lg pieces.
