Truffles??? Whats not to like? With Brandy extract and orange peel with marshmallow cream no one could resist that! These would make nice little gifts or treats to serve around the Holidays !

Ingredients For cappuccino truffles

  • 2 Tbsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange peel, grated
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 3 c
    chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 7 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    brandy extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • coconut, flaked

How To Make cappuccino truffles

  • 1
    Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings.
  • 2
    Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer.
  • 3
    Add crumbs, pecans and peel.
  • 4
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • 5
    Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner\'s sugar.
  • 6
    Roll remaining balls in coconut.
  • 7
    Makes about 5 dozen.
