Ingredients For candied pecans

1/3 cbrown sugar

1/3 cgranulated sugar

1 tspcoarse salt

1 tspcinnamon

1 cpecan halves

1egg white
-
1 Tbspwater
How To Make candied pecans

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Mix the sugars and spices together.

3In a separate bowl, beat the egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Add nuts to the egg white, tossing to coat. Add the sugar mixture and toss again so evenly coated.

4Spread on a parchment lined bake sheet and bake for 30 min, stirring occasionally.

5Separate nuts as they cool.
