1 cansweetened condensed milk

1/4 chot coffee

1/2 cpecans
How To Make cafe nut caramel

1Carmelize milk: Pour sweetened condensed milk into top of double-boiler pan; cover.

2Place over boiling water.

3Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 60 to 75 minutes, or until thick and light caramel-colored.

4Remove from heat and beat until smooth.

5Blend caramelized sweetened condensed milk and hot coffee, beating until smooth.

6Chop pecans and add.

7Pour into sherbet glasses.

8Chill.

9May be garnished with whipped cream.
