Sinful but delicious. Found this a couple of years ago on a bag of butterscotch chips. Good to the end. Will have your family begging for more

Ingredients For butterscotch cheesecake bars

1(11) ozpkg of butterscotch chips

1(14) ozsweetened condensed milk

2 cgraham crackers, crushed

8 ozcream cheese
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 cbutter
-
1egg
-
1 cchopped pecans
How To Make butterscotch cheesecake bars

1In a medium saucepan melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat.

2Stir in cracker crumbs and mix well. Reserve 2/3 cup of mix. Press remainder into a well buttered glass 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 325

3In a bowl beat room temp cream cheese until Beat in condensed milk, egg, and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Pour mixture over crust(will be thin). Scatter remainder of crumbs over top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool to room temp. Cut into bars and refrigerate
