My sister shared this recipe with me & it's been a favorite Christmas recipe since. I believe she found it from Taste of Home Magazine.

Ingredients For butter pecan fudge

1/2 cbutter

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cpacked brown sugat

1/2 cheavy whipping cream

1/8 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 cpecan pieces * toasted*
How To Make butter pecan fudge

1In heavy saucepan, combine the butter, sugars, cream & salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, let boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, then add confectioners sugar & stir til smooth. Fold in pecans

3Spread into a buttered 8" square dish. Cool to room temperature. Cut into 1" squares. Store in refrigerator.
