These are a big hit with my family. Every Christmas we make a double batch of these and they go very quickly because everyone loves them.

Ingredients For buckeye's

1/2 lbbutter, softened

1 1/2 lbpowered sugar

1 lbpeanut butter

1 ozparrafin

1 pkgchocolate almond bark
How To Make buckeye's

1Mix with hands and form into balls. I use a melon baller it goes much quicker. Cool balls for easy dipping.

2Melt chocolate almond bark with parrafin on stove

3Dip balls half way into chocolate to look like a buckeye. Let cool on wax paper. You can either refridgerate these or freeze them.
