Ingredients For brandy truffels

    8 ounces of crumbled cake crumbs
  • oz
    1 ounce ground almonds
  • Tbsp
    2 heaped tablespoons apricot jam
  • Tbsp
    3 table spoons brandy
  • c
    1 cup melted chocolate

How To Make brandy truffels

    Put cake crumbs and almonds in aa bowl add jam and brandy
  • 2
    Form mixture into balls and put in fridge for 30 mins to firm up
  • 3
    Melt chocolate in microwave to melt being careful not to burn
  • 4
    Remove brandy mixture from fridge, dip each ball into chocolate to cover, place on rack to set up.Package as hostess gift or serve to family and friends.
