Ingredients For brandy truffels

oz8 ounces of crumbled cake crumbs

oz1 ounce ground almonds

Tbsp2 heaped tablespoons apricot jam

Tbsp3 table spoons brandy

c1 cup melted chocolate
How To Make brandy truffels

1Put cake crumbs and almonds in aa bowl add jam and brandy

2Form mixture into balls and put in fridge for 30 mins to firm up

3Melt chocolate in microwave to melt being careful not to burn

4Remove brandy mixture from fridge, dip each ball into chocolate to cover, place on rack to set up.Package as hostess gift or serve to family and friends.
