This recipe came from another nurse friend. I worked with Sheryl at Monroe Surgical Hospital. This candy is one that we make every Christmas.

Ingredients For almond bark candy

  • 1 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 3 c
    rice krispies
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla almond bark
  • 2 c
    roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows

How To Make almond bark candy

  • 1
    Melt almond bark in top of a double boiler.
  • 2
    Stir in the peanut butter.
  • 3
    Combine peanuts, rice krispies, and miniature marshmallows in a large container.

    Pour melted almond bark over these ingredients.
  • 5
    Spoon by tablespoons onto wax paper.
