1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 cbutter, melted and cooled

1/3 cbrown sugar

1/3 cgranulated sugar

1egg

1 1/2 tspvanilla

1 czucchini, shredded
How To Make zucchini crumb cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray brownie pan with cooking spray.

2Make Crumb Topping: With fork, mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon together.

3Mix in the melted butter until crumbly.

4Make the cake: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together.

5Whisk together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla.

6Whisk shredded zucchini into wet ingredients.

7Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.

8Pour batter into the brownie pan.

9Sprinkle crumb topping on to.

10Bake 22-25 minutes.

11Cool completely before removing from pan.
