2 1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 cvegetable shortening

1 1/4 cchopped walnuts

2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspnutmeg

- SOUR CREAM FROSTING

2 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 tspvanilla

1/2 csour cream

1/4 cvegetable shortening
How To Make zucchini cake

1Mix all dry ingredients. Beat sugar, eggs and shortening. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well.

2Bake at 350 degrees 13 x 9 pan 30 – 35 minutes, until toothpick comes up clean. Let Cool

3Mix all frosting ingredients at low speed until mixed. Increase to high 1 minute or until fluffy. Frost and enjoy
