Ingredients For zucchini cake

2 cwhole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)

1-1 1/3 cbrown sugar

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcinnamon

2 cshredded zuchinni
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/4 cmelted butter
-
1/4 capplesauce
-
1/2-1 cchopped nuts of choice (optional)
How To Make zucchini cake

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Add remaining ingredients & stir well.

3Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.

4Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes.

5Optional: Frost with cream cheese frosting.
