1-8 oz pkgcream cheese, softened

1 lgegg

1/3 cgranulated sugar

6 ozvanilla or white chocolate chips

1 tsppure vanilla extract
- CREAM CHEESE ICING

2-8 oz pkgcream cheese, softened

1 sticksalted butter, softened

2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make white chocolate cheesecake filled vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

1Make cake mix according to directions on box for cupcakes. Fill lined cupcake tins 1/2 full.

2Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and white chocolate chips until well blended.

3Add chips and beat for 3 minutes.

4Drop a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into each half filled cupcake liner.

5Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.

6While cupcakes are baking, cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla, add confectioners' sugar 1 cup at at time, beat until fluffy.

7Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with cream cheese icing.
