1 cconfectioners' sugar

2 Tbsplight corn syrup

- GLAZE INGREDIENTS

1/3 craspberry jam

1.5 cchopped walnuts
-
1 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1.5 tspvanilla
-
1.5 csugar
-
3eggs
-
1/2 cshortening
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make walnut raspberry brownie

1Melt chocolate and shortening over warm water; cool slightly.

2Blend together eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt; stir in chocolate mixture, then flour.

3Fold in walnuts.

4Turn into well greased 8-inch square pan.

5Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.

6Spoon jam over hot brownies; spread carefully.

7Let cool and top with Velvet Chocolate Glaze.

8Melt chocolate and blend in butter and light corn syrup. Stir in powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; mix well.
