1 pkglemon cake mix

3 ozlemon gelatin
-
3/4 ccold water

4eggs

3/4 coil

1 tsplemon extract

2 cconfectioners' sugar

3lemons, juice only
How To Make very moist lemon cake

1Combine cake mix and gelatin, add cold water.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add oil and lemon extract.

4Pour in lightly greased 9x13\" pan.

5Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven.

6Bake for 30 minutes.

7While cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients.

8Pour over baked cake while hot from oven, after poking holes in cake.
