    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 1/3 c
    coconut

How To Make vanilla wafer cake, mom

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugar, blend in wafers and powder then eggs one at a time. Stir in nuts and coconut. Bake at 325 degrees 40 min in greased and floured 9" cake pans. Cool and cut into wedges then top with whipped cream.
