Made this for the first time for Father's Day! Was a hit with the entire family, will definitely be making this again!

Ingredients For vanilla wafer cake

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 16 oz
    vanilla wafers cookies, crushed
  • 16 oz
    coconut, flaked

How To Make vanilla wafer cake

  • 1
    In a large bowl, mix together sugar, butter, eggs and milk. Add pecans, vanilla wafers and coconut. Stir together until everything is moist; batter will be thick. Spray bundt pan and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 - top will be golden brown.
