- PIE FILLING

4 ozfat free cream cheese

3 cfat free cottage cheese

1 cchobani plain non fat yogurt

1 csugar alcohol

1/2 cegg whites

2large eggs

4 scoopnatural vanilla whey-to-go protein
- BERRY FLAX CRUST

1 cflax meal

1/4 cunsweetened almond milk

1/2 cmixed berries
How To Make vanilla protein cheesecake w/ flax berry crust

1Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients for the pie filling in a medium bowl.

2Mix berry flax crust ingredients together in a separate bowl, (first puree the berries)and place on bottom of spring form pan patiently pressing the mixture until the entire bottom is covered evenly.

3Pour pie filling on top of pie crust in the pan, place in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
