1/2 calmond meal

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

- MAPLE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

4 ozcream cheese softened

1/2 stickbutter, room temperature

2 cpowdered sugar

1/4 cmaple syrup
How To Make vanilla almond cupcakes with cream cheese maple frosting

1Mix flour, almond meal, baking powder and salt. Beat in butter gradually. Beat in sugar thoroughly. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk until just mixed.

2Pour into lined cupcake pan. Bake at 400'F for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out almost clean.

3Frosting: Mix ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Frost cooled cupcakes. Drizzle additional Maple Syrup or Maple Cream for presentation (optional)
