So easy! I came up with the name because the flavors of this cake remind me of a fantastic beach vacation. Coconut and pineapple come together with angel food cake mix. So delicious!

Ingredients For vacation cake

1 boxangel food cake mix

1 cancoconut creme pie filling

1 pkgcream cheese, softened

10 ozcrushed pineapple (w/half of the juice)

2 cconfectioners' sugar
How To Make vacation cake

1In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pie filling. Stir until mixed and slightly frothy.

2Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool to room temp then remove from pan to a cake plate.

3Sauce: Beat together the cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and conf. sugar. Pour directly on to cake, or spoon on to slices, or serve in small sauce bowls when cake is served! This cake is also very good chilled.
