8 ozcream cheese, softened well

4 Tbspbutter, softened well

1 Tbspevaporated milk

1 Tbsppineapple juice (from above)

16 ozbox powdered sugar, sifted of all lumps

1 1/2 tspvanilla flavoring

1 1/2 tspcoconut flavoring
How To Make ultimate coconut cake

1READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE CAKE, PLEASE.

2IN A LARGE BOWL, SIFT THE CAKE MIX AND PUDDING MIXES TOGETHER 3 TIMES TO INSURE THERE ARE NO LUMPS.

3ADD MILK, EGGS, OIL AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.

4STIR IN PINEAPPLE, FLAVORINGS AND COCONUT. MIX WELL. SPOON INTO 3 GREASED AND FLOURED 9" CAKE PANS. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.

5WHILE LAYERS ARE WARM, NOT HOT, REMOVE FROM PANS AND POKE HOLES IN TOP. SPOON GENEROUS AMOUNTS OF PINEAPPLE JUICE OVER EACH LAYER.

6MIX ICING INGREDIENTS IN ORDER LISTED AND SPREAD BETWEEN LAYERS, TOP AND SIDE OF CAKE. SPRINKLE TOP AND SIDES WITH COCONUT.
