2 tspbaking soda

2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspground nutmeg

1/2 tspground ginger

2 cground raw sugar

1……20oz cancrushed pineapple, drained

4eggs, room temperature

2 tsporganic vanilla extract

2 cgrated carrots
-
1 1/2 cchopped walnuts. optional

1 corganic shredded coconut

1/2 corganic applesauce
How To Make tyra's heavenly gluten-free carrot cake

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Spray two round 8" cake pans with cooking spray

2Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda,cinnamon,ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside

3Beat the sugar, and eggs together then add pineapple in a large bowl until smooth. Add vanilla and remix thoroughly

4Slowly add flour mix into wet ingredients, beat at medium speed until mixed well, fold in carrots, walnuts, and coconut
-
5Pour batter evenly into the prepared cake pans. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean

6Cool on wire racks, once cool Frost cake with gluten free cream cheese frosting
