Ingredients For twinkies cake

  • 1 box
    yellow or chocolate cake mix
  • 1 sm
    box instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • filling
  • 2 lg
    egg whites
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    crisco shortening
  • 1/2 c
    marshmallow creme

How To Make twinkies cake

  • 1
    Mix cake ingredients and bake in two 13x9 greased cake pans.Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow cakes to cool.

    In mixer bowl combine egg whites,powdered sugar,Crisco and marshmallow creme,beat on medium speed till light and fluffy.

    Put filling on one cake and cover with the other cake.
