This deliious dessert was served at a women's luncheon and everyone enjoyed it. I am taking it to a potluck at work next week as I am sure they will love it!!

20 ozcrushed pineapple, do not drain

1 boxorange jello (large or two small)

1 qtvanilla ice cream, softened

1container of cool whip

1 cboiling water
How To Make twinkie orange ice cream cake - steph

1Cut the Twinkies in half, length wise and layer in a 9 x 13" pan. Mix the large box or two small boxes of orange jello with one cup boiling water and mix until jello is completely dissolved; be sure it is dissolved. Add the can of crushed pineapple and softened vanilla ice cream to the jello and mix until all is blended well.

2Pour the mixture over the Twinkies, completely covering. Top with Cool Whip (8 oz. should be sufficient unless you prefer more). Refrigerate for at least two hours. ENJOY!!
