Ingredients For tropical dream cake

1 can20oz. crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 pkgyellow cake mix (2 layer)

1 pkgjello lemon instant pudding (3.4oz)

1 1/2 ccold milk
-
2 ccool whip
-
1/2 ccoconut, toasted

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make tropical dream cake

1Heat oven to 350. Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice. Prepare cake batter as directed on package, substituting reserved juice for 1 cup of water. Pour into greased 15x10x1 inch pan.

2Bake 15-18 minutes. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

3Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in pineapple. Spread over cake; cover with cool whip. Top with coconut and nuts. Keep refrigerated.

4You can sub the lemon pudding with vanilla or french vanilla; all are good.
