This is a favorite traditional Filipino torta recipe baked during holidays and special occasions. These little cakes are so good, it's difficult to just have one.

Ingredients For torta

8 lgeggyolks

2 cself-rising flour

1 coil
-
1 cmilk
-
1 1/2 csugar

1 tspvanilla
How To Make torta

1Cream oil & sugar.

2Add eggs and beat until creamy.

3Add flour alternately with milk then add vanilla.

4Line muffin tins with muffin cups and bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees (pre-heated oven)

5Let the muffins cool completely and roll tops on sugar

6Note: The tins I used are traditional muffin tins used for this recipe which can be purchased from Oriental stores.
