Always a Fave!!! This is my most requested dessert, every family gathering I am asked to bring this. It is a rich great for family time in the winter dessert...:)

Ingredients For top this turtle cheesecake

  • 2
    graham cracker pie crust (store or hand made)
  • caramel ice cream sauce
  • hot fudge ice cream sauce
  • 1/2 c
    crushed pecans
  • 3 pkg
    (8 oz packages) cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3
    eggs

How To Make top this turtle cheesecake

    preheat oven to 350
  • 2
    cover crust with thin layer of caramel sauce, set aside
  • 3
    In large bowl beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar
  • 4
    slowly beat in eggs, fill pie crust 3/4 full with mix
  • 5
    bake at 350 till lightly golden and center is settled
  • 6
    top with Hot Fudge, Caramel and Pecans (I always do some sort of design to keep it fun) and enjoy!!!
