This is a good recipe for a single person or cooking for two. It uses a brownie pan. I hope you will like it.

Ingredients For tomato soup cake (smaller version)

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 c
    raisins

How To Make tomato soup cake (smaller version)

    cream the butter and sugar. add in the egg and beat.

    dissolve the bakng soda in the tomato soup.
  • 3
    sift together the flour, cinnamon and cloves. mix with the butter/sugar mixture.

    Add the soup and raisins.
  • 5
    bake in a prepared 8x8x2 pan for 45 mins. at 350 degrees. Test for doneness. Let cool and top either with powdered sugar or cream cheese frosting.
