Ingredients For tiramisu

5egg yolks

1 cpowered sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cespresso
-
4 ozrum
-
1 smheavy whipping cream container

1 pkglady fingers, comes with 2 sleeves

1mascarpone
How To Make tiramisu

1whisk together in a double boiler on med heat, the eggs & sugar about 5 mins, till light in color, set aside.

2fold in the room temperature mascarpone.

3in a separate bowl make the whipping cream, hand held mixer until peaks form, mix in 2 oz of the rum & vanilla

4fold in the whipping cream to the egg mixture.

5put the espresso and the rest of the rum in a shallow dish, and dip "quickly" each side of lady fingers and align on bottom of baking dish, then pour a layer of the cream mixture..repeat once more and finish by a dusting of cocoa powder, refrigerate at least 4 hours.
