1 lbpound cake, stale

3 Tbspjam, any flavor

whiskey
-
5 ozsherry
-
1 ptwarm custard

10 ozwhipped topping
How To Make tipsy cake

1Break up the cake or cakes and gently mix the jam through -- the mixture does not have to be completely even.

2Place in a glass bowl.

3Mix sherry and whiskey and sprinkle over cake.

4Press down lightly.

5Pour custard over the cake, and chill.

6Then spoon whipped cream over top and serve.
