1 boxduncan hines regular cake mix, ( per directions on box) eggs, water, oil

2-3 canevaporated milk

1 canduncan hines cream cheese icing
How To Make the best coconut cake of all time

1PREPARE CAKE MIX ( DIRECTIONS ON BOX FOR 2- 9 IN ROUND CAKE PANS). BAKE ACCORDING TO BOX.

2POUR CANS OF COCONUT INTO SAUCEPAN. ADD BUTTER AND EVAPORATED MILK. COOK FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES, STIRRING OFTEN. LOWER FIRE AND DON'T LET IT STICK. ADD MORE EVAPORATED MILK SLOWLY IF IT BEGINS TO STICK. COOK IT DOWN UNTIL IT BECOMES SOMEWHAT THICK.

3AFTER CAKE IS DONE, FLIP ONE CAKE PAN ONTO CAKE PLATE STILL WARM AND POUR 1/2 OF COCONUT FILLING OVER CAKE HALF. REPEAT OVER NEXT LAYER.

4LET COOL THROUGHLY. ICE AROUND THE SIDE OF CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING.

5THE LONGER THE CAKE SITS THE MOISTER IT BECOMES. SO TRY, TRY, TRY TO CONTROL YOURSELF AT LEAST UNTIL IT COOLS.
