Ingredients For that's a mistake cake

  • 1 box
    duncan hines yellow cake mix
  • 3
    eggs, divided
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    pecans
  • 1 box
    powder sugar
  • 8 oz
    kraft cream cheese
  • PREHEAT OVEN 325 F

How To Make that's a mistake cake

    1st Layer:
    cake mix, 1 eggs slightly beaten, butter softened. Mix well with hands, will be sticky. Spread in to well greased 9x13 glass casserole dish.

    2nd layer:
    pecans. Spread over 1st Layer.
  • 3
    3rd Layer:
    powder sugar, 2 eggs slightly beaten, cream cheese Mix well, Spread over 2nd Layer carefully.

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
    Cool completely, so it will cut better.
