1/2 cbuttermilk

2eggs, slightly beaten

- ICING

1 stickbutter

6 Tbspmilk

4 Tbspcocoa

16 ozpowdered sugar

1 cchopped pecans, this is good without the nuts also.

How To Make texas sheet cake

1In a bowl, sift together flour and sugar, set aside. In a saucepan, add the butter, cocoa and water; bring to a boil. Add to the flour mixture and stir well.

2Add the baking soda to the buttermilk, and add to the mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Make sure everything is well combined.

3Pour into a sprayed 11 x 17 sheet pan. Bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes.

4For frosting: Mix the first three ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Spread over warm cake.

5Yum!...I forgot how glossy the cake mix gets...with all that butter...don't be counting your calories with this baby...
