4 crhubarb cut into 1/2 in pieces

1/2 csliced strawberries

1 csugar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspquick cooking tapioca

2/3 cflour

1/2 cquick cooking oats (oatmeal)

1/4 cnuts, chopped

3 Tbspbrown sugar

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnutmeg

How To Make tastes like spring strawberry rhubarb crisp

1Preheat to 350.

2In a bowl, combine rhubarb, berries, sugar, lemon juice and tapioca and transfer to a 8x8 lightly sprayed baking dish or non stick baking dish.

3Combine flour, oats, nuts, brown sugar and spices in a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Sprinkle on fruit and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or golden and bubbly.
