How To Make sweet potato dumplings

1PREHEAT OVEN AT 350..BAKE OR BOIL SWEET POTATOES TILL DONE, PEEL AND PLACE IN MIXING BOWL ADD BROWN SUGAR, MELTED BUTTER AND APPLE PIE SPICE. MIX WELL SHOULD BE A LITTLE STIFF. ROLL OUT ALL 10 BISCUITS INTO A 6INCH CIRCLE AND PLACE A GENEROUS TABLESPOON OF POTATO MIXTURE IN CENTER AND BRING THE SIDES TO THE TOP TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE AN APPLE SHAPE PLACE INTO A SPRAYED 9X13 BAKING DISH. IN A SAUCE PAN BRING TO A BOIL 7UP,BROWN SUGAR,BUTTER AND APPLE PIE SPICE.MIX WELL AND POUR ON TOP OF YOUR DUMPLINGS AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES OR THE BISCUITS ARE GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP..ENJOY
