This is a delicious, dense, spongy type cake that needs nothing more than a sprinkle of confectioners' sugar. Although I took some blackberry spreadable jam, diluted with about a teaspoon of water, and drizzled the cake. It is delicious either way...just the right sweetness...and best of all its so easy.. This cake could also be used in a Trifle dessert, instead of a pound cake. Enjoy!...my photos

Ingredients For sweet milk cake

1 - 14 ozsweetened condensed milk

1/2 tspbaking powder

4eggs
-
3 - 1/2 Tbspmelted, butter

1 cflour
How To Make sweet milk cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray and flour a 9 inch spring form pan or cake pan with nonstick cooking spray, then flour it.

2In a medium mixing bowl; add all the ingredients and mix with a hand mixer till smooth.

3Pour batter into prepared pan, bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Do not over bake.

4Cool the cake on cooling rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, or serve with a fruity jam. Enjoy!
