I love the taste of corn, and to make it sweet is even better.. I always went to this one restaurant back in Ventura ,Ca and they made the most yummiest corn cake ever. Well, I moved from that area, but still wanted that cake... So I decide to try to make it at home.. Not quite the same but now I think mine is better...lol

Ingredients For sweet corn cake

4 lgeggs

1 cansweetened condensed milk

4 ozcream cheese, soften

9ears corn on the cob, kernels removed ( about 7 cups)

1/2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 csharp cheese
-
1/3 cjalapeno monterey jack cheese
How To Make sweet corn cake

1Heat oven to 325 F.

2Blend first 4 ingredients in a blender: in batches if necessary,until smooth: pour into bowl. Add flour and baking powder: stir with whisk until well blended.

3Pour into 13x9-inch pan spray.

4Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted i center comes out clean.. Cool Completely.
