Ingredients For swedish pineapple cake

2 call purpose flour

1 20oz cancrushed pineapple - undrained

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 cchopped walnuts (or pecans)
- CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 8oz pkgcream cheese - softened

1 stickbutter, softened

3/4 cchopped walnuts (or pecans)

3/4 csugar
How To Make swedish pineapple cake

1Mix ingredients by hand in order given.

2Pour into an ungreased and unfloured 9 x 13 baking pan.

3Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned.

4For Cream Cheese Icing: Combine and beat well with mixer until smooth.

5Spread on hot cake, fresh from the oven.

6Refrigerate leftovers.
