This super easy blueberry lemon cake is a favorite in my household. Its easy and delicious! This makes two loaf pans worth so you can eat one and freeze one.

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup blueberries
How To Make super easy lemon blueberry cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. While oven is preheating grease two loaf pans.

Step 2In a large bowl mix dry ingredients and then add in water, eggs and melted butter.

Step 3Mix until everything is incorporated then gently fold in blueberries.

Step 4Bake for 30-40 minutes OR until you can stick a fork in and no batter comes out on the fork

Step 5Let cake cool. Enjoy!
