This is really a great recipe.I am not a diabetic,but I like to cut calories from time to time 19 carbs in this recipe per serving.

Ingredients For sugar free mocha cheese cake

  • 1 1/2 lb
    low fat cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    granulated splenda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    instant expresso
  • 2 pkg
    sugar free cocoa mix packets
  • CRUST
  • 44
    chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/4
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c
    splenda

How To Make sugar free mocha cheese cake

    pre heat oven 325 degree's
  • 2
    make crust by combining all ingredients crush cookie in food processor to make crumbs. combine cookies,splenda,butter,cocoa. Mix well and press in to spring form pan.

    beat cream cheese and splenda together until smooth. Add eggs,egg whites,corn starch,and salt. mix until smooth

    add sour cream and vanilla,and blend together

    measure out half of the cheese cake batter in to a small bowl.

    add instant expresso,and cocoa mix. stir until disolved

    pour half of batter over the crust. place spoonfuls of mocha mixture over plain batter. make swirls in the plain batter with a knife to give it a marbled effect.

    bake for 45-50 minutes or until center is done.Remove from oven,and run a knife or metal spatula along the inside edge of pan to loosen. let cool one hour before removing from pan
