sugar free cherry almond cake
I have a huge sweet tooth and I'm always looking to satisfy it with alternative sugars. I really love Pilsbury sugar free mixes and I use them as a spring board for baking different desserts. I added cherries, coconut and a few extra things to give this a yummy flavor. My sugar free doesn't mean fat free! I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients For sugar free cherry almond cake

1 boxsugar free pilsbury yellow cake mix

3eggs
-
2 tspalmond extract
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 cevaporated milk
-
1 stickunsalted butter melted
-
1 bagfrozen cherries (thawed and chopped)

1/2 cunsweetened flaked coconut
-
18 oz. cream cheese
-
1/2 cswerve confectioners sugar replacement
-
1 or 2 drops red food coloring (optional)
How To Make sugar free cherry almond cake

1Pour cake mix in mixing bowl and add eggs, sour cream and milk, mix.

2Add almond extract, melted butter and mix.

3Add Coconut, chopped cherries and stir until combined.

4Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake on 350 for 20-30 min. or according to box directions. When done let cake cool before icing.

5Mix softened cream cheese with swerve sugar replacement and add a couple of drops of red food coloring (optional). Ice cake and enjoy!

6If you like whipped cream. Mix a pint of heavy whipping cream with 1-2 tablespoons of swerve confectioners sugar replacement.
