  • 1-1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1-1/2 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1-1/3 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 3
    eggs

How To Make stuffed cupcake surprise

    Heat oven to 350 Lightly spray 24 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, whisk together flour baking soda. In lg bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.

    Beat in 1 egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mix, just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Form dough into tbsp sized balls, place on a baking sheet and freeze until hardened, about 2 hrs.

    In lg bowl, beat 3 eggs. Add cake mix, water and oil. Beat 2 mins. Spoon batter into muffin cups, 2/3 full. Place a frozen cookie dough ball on top of each cupcake batter. Bake 20 mins. Stick a toothpick into cake batter, not dough and if it comes out clean, they're done. Frost if desired.
