1 1/3 cflour

2/3 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

2/3 cmilk

1/4 csoft butter

1egg

1 tspvanilla

2 Tbspmelted butter

1/2 cbrown sugar
How To Make strawberry upside down cake

1In a 9 x 13 cake pan pour 2Tbsp of melted butter and spread it over the bottom. Then sprinkle 1/2 c packed brown sugar over the butter. The slice enough strawberries to cover the bottom of the cake pan placing them on the butter and brown sugar. Set aside.

2Then in a bowl combine all remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

3When the batter is ready spoon it over the strawberries and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let is stand for about five minutes after you bring it out of the oven then on a platter flip the cake onto the platter. Serve with Whipped cream or Ice cream your choice
