Another recipe that came from a old taste of home cookbook. This is very easy to make and is as pretty cheesecake and delicious too.

Ingredients For strawberry swirl cheesecake

    honey maid graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    + 3 tablespoons sugar ; divided
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter ; melted
  • 5 pkg
    (8oz.each) cream cheese ; softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c
    "smuckers seedless " strawberry jam

    PREHEAT OVEN @ 325 deg.

    COMBINE CRUMBS , 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR AND BUTTER AND FIRMLY PRESS MIXTURE INTO BOTTOM OF FOIL LINED 13x9" PAN BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES. BEAT CREAM CHEESE , 1 CUP SUGAR , FLOUR AND VANILLA IN A LARGE BOWL USING AN ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL FULLY BLENDED , ADD SOUR CREAM AND MIX WELL . ADD EGGS 1 AT A TIME ; BEATING ON LOW SPEED AFTER EACH ADDITION , JUST UNTIL BLENDED ; POUR OVER CRUST. LIGHTLY DROP SMALL SPOONFULS OF JAM OVER TOP OF BATTER. USING A KNIFE CUT THROUGH BATTER TO SEVERAL TIMES TO CREATE MARBLE EFFECT. BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS ALMOST SET . COOL ; REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT . MAKES 16 SERVINGS ; 1 PIECE EACH
