1 stickbutter, melted

3/4 cpecans, chopped

1 cpowdered sugar

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 lgcontainer cool whip

12 Tbspcorn starch

2 cwater

8 Tbspstrawberry jello

1 qtfrozen strawberries
How To Make strawberry sheetcake

1This is made in three layers. The first layer: Mix the flour, butter, and pecans and press in a 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned at 350 degrees. Let cool.

2Second Layer: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Third Layer: 2 C. sugar, cornstarch, water and strawberry jello. Boil until all of this thickens and looks clear. Add dash of salt and let cool. Add 1 quart frozen strawberries to this mixture; cool. Spread over 2nd layer. Top with large container of Cool Whip.
