1/2 pkgcream cheese, softened

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1-2 cpowdered sugar

mini chocolate chips

shredded coconut, sweetened
How To Make strawberry-coconut/chocolate cupcakes

1Prepare strawberry cupcakes as directed; cool.

2Mix butter and cream cheese until well mixed; add vanilla. Slowly add powered sugar about 1/4 cup at a time until frosting reaches desired thickness/stiffness.

3Pour mini chocolate chips and coconut into separate plates.Lightly frost cooled cupcakes; dip frosted cupcakes into either the chocolate chips or coconut - roll cupcakes in toppings until well covered.
